Tomato Soup (Restaurant Style)

Method: Sauté 1 tbsp flour in 1 tbsp butter until fragrant. Add 4 grated tomatoes and 1 tbsp tomato paste; sauté for 5 mins. Slowly add 5 cups of hot water while whisking. Simmer for 15 mins. Finally, add 1/2 cup milk and salt. Boil for 2 mins and serve with grated cheddar.

Tip: Whisk constantly to prevent lumps.
Etli Türlü (Meat & Vegetable Stew)

Method: Sear 400g cubed beef. Add chopped onion, garlic, and 1 tbsp paste. Add cubed eggplant, zucchini, potato, and carrot. Add 1 chopped tomato and 2 cups hot water. Simmer on low heat for 40 mins.

Tip: Do not overcook; vegetables should remain intact.
