Where are the Sefamerve stores?
We do not have shops in Turkey or any other country in the world. You can see all our products on our website and order safely while using your credit card, PayPal, Bank transfer or cash on delivery.
Is it safe to shop on your website?
Our website uses 128 bit SSL certificate that provides safety for your information. You can be 100% sure that any card information used while shopping is not recorded and shared with any third parties.
Do you wholesale?
Wholesale is not possible but you can order as a normal customer from our website: Sefamerve.com. We don't have shops, representatives or branches. All our products are exclusively available on our website.

How can I order a product?
Please, add the products that you want to buy to your cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. After choosing the products, click on the "buy" button.
If you do not log in, you will see the registration page. If you have a Facebook account, you can easily log in by clicking the "connect via Facebook'' button. if you have already registered with your e-mail, you can log in by clicking "login" button and entering your e-mail and password that you have already defined while you are registering.
If you haven't registered before and you do not have a Facebook account, you can easily register by clicking "Register Now'' button with your e-mail address. Next, you have to fill your address information and after that, you have to select a payment option.
Please follow these processes step by step until you see the "order completed " text.

How can I order with a phone?
You can only place an order with your delivery address in Turkey, which you will pay in cash on delivery by phone. Please take notes of the name, code, and size of the product you want to order. Next, you can call us from this number 0850 221 30 40 between 09:00-03:00 on weekdays and Saturdays and you can easily order any product you want.
You are charged with a similar call fee as the one when calling a landline or a local line.
Can I order with a mobile phone or a tablet PC?
Sefamerve also has mobile applications for smartphones. You can download these applications from this link; http://www.sefamerve.com/mobil/ and install them on your smartphones or tablets. (We have two applications: one for Android and one for iPhones or IPads). After installing these applications, you can register and order any product you want.
How can I change my address information?
Changes in already registered accounts can only be made through the help of our call center. If you haven't ordered any product on the payment page , by clicking the "Change The Shipping Address" button, you can enter your address and complete your shopping. If you want to change your address information after you have completed your shopping, you can cancel your orders from the 'My Orders' section and you can re-order with your correct address information. You can also change your address information by calling our call center.
There are more products in my cart than I have chosen.. What should I do?
When you are on the 'My Cart' section, there is a 'Quantity' part and by clicking on it you can increase or decrease the quantity of the product you want to purchase. If you want to remove completely from your cart, there is an 'X' sign on the rightmost of the product you have chosen and by clicking on it, you can remove the product from your cart.
Is the product I like available in your stock?
You can see all the products in our stock through on site . Other than that, we do not have any stock.
The size I want is not available now. How can I know when it will be available?
We cannot promise that a product will be available all the time but we update our stocks on a regular basis. You can follow stock updates both on our Facebook page and on our website. In addition, if you register on our website, you will be informed about our products via e-mail.
I live outside Turkey. Are the body sizes of TR the same here?

What size should I get?
You should order the size you usually wear. If it does not fit you, you can return or change the product by sending it back with its bill. You can see our body size chart from here
Can I make one package by combining my orders?
If your orders are not yet prepared , by entering the same address information and choosing the same payment option, you form one single package and by this way, you won't pay extra shipping fee.
How can I be a member?
When you are completing your order, you are asked to log in. If you are not yet a member, you can easily be a member by clicking on the "Connect with Facebook" and "Register" buttons on the main page.
Do I have to be a member?
Being a member is necessary both for you and us to be able to track your orders. You are not charged with anything for being a member.
Is memmership free?
Membership to Sefamerve.com is completely free.
I do not use an e-mail account. How can I create one?
If you do not have an e-mail account, you can create a yandex e-mail account by clicking on this link: http://passport.yandex.com.tr/registration/ and order any product on our website safely.
How can I cancel my order?
If your order is not yet sent by cargo, you can cancel your order from ''Order tracking'' section . If your order has been sent already to you, but you want to cancel it, you can send it back to us within 14 days after you have received the product.
I live in Turkey, How can I return a product that I have already purchased?
f you want to return the product you ordered for any reason after the delivery, you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery. This period is 24 hours for evening dresses and there is no exchange in products below 20 TL.
There is no exchange on the shawl, scarf, and bonnet models only returns are accepted. ( There is no return or exchange on veil shawls.)
The package and if there are any, standard accessories of a product should be included without any damage in the package that you are returning and the product should be in a position to sell again in the market (without any damage, dirt, or being fixed).
You must wash the products according to the washing instructions, otherwise, your return will not be accepted.
You must create a return form for your order that you wish to return by logging into your Sefamerve account (www.sefamerve.com) and clicking on the 'I would like to review my order' button on the order tracking. You can create a return request form by clicking HOW TO RETURN in the ORDER STATUS section.
You can send your package free of charge from the PTT courier company with the TRACKING CODE which is transmitted to you at the end of the return registration. Your return will not be accepted if you do not create a return from our website. You need to send us your return package within 7 days of receiving the return code.

After sending the product back, you have to keep the code that you are given by the cargo firm. If necessary, we can claim it from you.
As soon as we get the product, the return/exchange process is begun and within 7-10 business days, the whole process is completed. If you have demanded an exchange and if we have the product in our stocks, the process continues; however, if we don't have the product in our stocks, you'll get a refund.
Product-exchange can only be applicable for orders inside Turkey and you can claim another product with the same price.
You get the refund to the credit card or bank card with which you have completed your payment. If you have used the 'cash on delivery' option, you have to indicate your IBAN (26-digit number starting with TR) on the 'Return Form'.

How can I learn my IBAN ?
IBAN is 26 digits number starting with the 2 first letters of your country initial and it defines your bank account. You can learn your international banking account(IBAN) from your bank., ATMs or call center of your Bank.
Within how many days should I return a product that I have purchased?
If you ever want to return the product you have purchased, you can return it within 14 days after you have received it. (For evening dresses, this period is limited to 24 hours.)
The product I have purchased is defective. What should I do?
We are applying comprehensive quality control tests on our products. Since we don't have the chance to control each product, you may face with a problem stemming from the supplier. In this case, you can send the product within the allowed time limits for returns and after necessary controls, you can get a refund or you can exchange your product with another one within stock limits. For more information about the return processes, please see "How can I return a product?" section.
I don't have a bank account and I have used 'paying at the door' option.(I live in Turkey ) How can I get the refund?
You can apply to a bank to open a bank account. We can send the refund only to your bank account.

When returning your package, please write "İade/Return" on your package to avoid any potential problem or tell this information to the cargo personnel in charge.
How can I get the refund?
You get the refund to the credit card or bank card with which you completed your payment. If you used the 'cash on delivery' option, you have to indicate your IBAN (26 digit number starting with TR) on the 'Refund Form'. After your request is confirmed, you'll get the refund within 3-5 days and also you'll receive both an e-mail and an SMS about the process.
I can not see the money you have refunded to my credit card account. What should I do?
This situation is about your bank. Your bank may not show it in your account actions or your transaction history very soon. You may see them from these places in the next month. If it still is not visible than the owner of the card may call their bank and solve the problem with "chargeback".
How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping is free for Turkey. However, if you order with '' cash on delivery '' option, only 4.90 tl is charged for that payment option . Besides ''cash on delivery '' payment option is avaliable for Jordan, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and United Arab Emirates.
Our international shipping charges start at € 5.90. The shipping fee is added to each five (5) products. After you have added the products you want to buy to your cart, you can calculate your shipping fee by selecting your country and clicking ''Calculate Shipping'' .
''Free shipping campaign can be made sometimes in the following countries. Those countries where the shipping free campaign is valid, shipping is sent free of charge during the free shipping period. The orders placed during these periods do not charge for shipping.''
When will my orders be delivered?
The length of lead time (the time between your order and delivery) depends on the address you want your orders to be delivered to. For central districts, deliveries are completed within 3 days (on average) and for small towns and villages, deliveries are completed within a week by PTT Kargo. 95% of the time, Sefamerve ships your orders by cargo within 24 hours. In Turkey, orders from cities and districts that are 800 km far from İstanbul are delivered between 24-48 hours and orders made from places that are more than 800 km far from İstanbul are delivered between 48-72 hours. Orders from countries other than Turkey are delivered within 4-10 days on average. Also, you can track your packages from the section, My Orders, located on the upper right-hand corner on our website.
How can I track my orders?

How can I track my orders from the countries other than Turkey?
After your orders are approved, an e-mail including an order tracking number will be send to you. By using this number, you can track your package.
Which countries do you deliver packages?
We send packages to 65 countries, notably Turkey. If you live in a country that is not on the list, please contact us.
Do you deliver packages on the weekends and official public holidays?
Packages can rarely be delivered on Saturdays. There is no delivery on Sundays and official public holidays.
When I was not at home, my order was reached to my address, what should I do now?
Shipping company delivers your package to the adress you defined.If you are not at that address, shipping company leaves a text card telling you that you can get your package from their nearest branch. If you do not get your package within 3 days in that branch, the package goes back. You can track your package from order tracking page.
My Credit/Bank Card is closed for online shopping, how can I open it?
You must be approved by the end of the year in order to continue shopping on the internet with the cards required by law. If you do not give this approval, you will not be able to shop online. For your card to keep open to internet shopping;
I live outside Turkey. Do you have the 'cash on delivery' option?
'Cash on delivery' option is available for Turkey. Also, there is Free shipping and cash on delivery optıon for Jordan,Saudi Arabia, Bahrain,Oman,Qatar and UAE. For purchases from other countries, you can pay via credit card, Paypal or bank transfer; in adition, we have other payment alternatives for our customers from specific countries. How can I use my bonus points?
You earn bonus points from your purchases and you can use them for your future shoppings. You can see your points from the My Account section. When you order a product, your points will automatically be deducted from the total amount that you are supposed to pay. Defined points are valid for one usage. If you return a product, your points will be cancelled and the amount you have paid is refunded to you.
What are the installment options?
For Card Finans, Bonus,Axsess and Maximum credit cards, we have interest-free monthy installment option over a period of 6 months for each purchase that costs 100 TL or above.
I'm connecting to sefamerve.com in Turkey, but present currency is not TL.
If you had mistakenly changed the currency earlier, on top of the main page, there is a flag symbol at the right side of the 'sefamerve' logo. Please, click on it and choose TL.
